Adidas D.Rose 7 detailed review – The “ultimate” legacy of a warrior

Hugging (Fit)

The footing process of the Rose 7 is quite comfortable as the collar still has plenty of space between the tongue and the heel. However, putting too many laces on the collar also makes lacing become more entangled than usual. The body is very smooth but has almost no ventilation holes.

The shoes fit the right size, similar to the Crazy Explosive, but maybe you can still down another half size if you want. The area between the foot and the heel is well hugged as the entire lacing system is there. However, the toes will feel a bit redundant, especially right above the toes. Traction

The adidas Rose line has always had a stable traction so far with the only exception being Rose 2.0 (2.5 is no longer available). Almost adidas is very cautious and very methodical with this line of shoes and the sole of the Rose 7 again does not disappoint.

The distance between the lines is very reasonable to help dust dust very well and extremely effective when there is dust. However, on an extremely dusty field, the response to braking or changing directions is still not 100%. If the Kobe 9 score is 10 out of 10, then Rose 7 should at least get 9. The soft rubber also means this isn’t an outdoor shoe (but that doesn’t mean you can’t).

Cushioning

Rose 7’s Boost class is also extremely stable and tough like her seniors. The high damping level makes the shoe suitable for all positions, especially heavyweight players. At the same time, because it is not as soft as Rose 6, Rose 7 is also “quicker” a little bit, helping it to stand second from the bottom up in the shoe line.
