Experience your Nike Free RN Flyknit 2018 for the first time as a toddler

For the first time ever, I ran that long in a brand new Nike shoe. This is the feeling of a newbie who is toddler on the path of fitness exercise. My feelings in this article will be more emotional than technical. If you have any comments, please comment for me. I chose the Nike Free RN Flyknit 2018 for this experience.

Softness & Mid-sole	I tested the shoes on both a flat surface like a long road and a dirt road with a sloping, slightly uneven surface, and I feel satisfied because of the smoothness that the shoes bring. The shoes had a good grip because the day I ran the dirt road with rain, mud and asphalt was raining but it didn’t feel slippery at all. Even though I didn’t get heel pain after running, I expected the elastic force to be softer than I really did. Outsole’s texture with thick honeycomb structure on toes and thinning in heels gives me a smoother feel.
Upper flexibility	The entire shoe body uses Flyknit material so I feel very comfortable when running, the level of elasticity does not hurt my toe. In addition, there are many openings on the shoe body, so it feels very airy. However, because of many holes, when I run into the sandy beaches with tiny rocks, I will fall in but only very little. My feet are a bit flat, so when I buy shoes, I fear that the upper is tight, causing the inside to hurt, but as I said above, the flyknit material made me extremely satisfied with these shoes.

Shoe lacing and lacing system	Flat shoelaces are fixed quite firmly and do not move. During the run I never broke the rope once.
Size	Normally my foot size 39 is sometimes 38.5, but with these running shoes I had to choose size 40. At first when I put size 40 on, I still felt afraid of tightness due to the hugging flyknit material so like so. However, carrying a little movement, I feel comfortable with the selected shoe size.

Test for ductility, flexibility	I tried to break the shoes and found that the folded part was in the third of the toe. This is probably because the toe part is starting to tip up, making it easier to bend. When twisting vertically, it is quite easy. I read the information on the website of the company and found that the shoes are designed to be easily pocketed and carried anywhere, so this easy twisting has helped confirm that. When wearing on my feet and running, I found that the buffer was very good, the steps were quite smooth and after running back, I did not suffer from heel pain like I encountered in some other shoes.
Color scheme, height	I own a pair of Free RN Flyknit 2018 in Raspberry / White color scheme. Most of the other color combinations of the shoe line are in black and gray, so I find this plum color the most outstanding. However, when I looked at the website at first, I saw a fresher color and when I went to the store it was darker than I expected. The heel is about 3cm high
A few small notes	The outsole has many grooves, so when I run into the road with tiny rocks, I get stuck quite a lot. You can see the picture to see more clearly. I took a snapshot with my phone because I discovered it when writing the article, so the image was not very clear, everyone sympathized. But I can take the tree to pry open, not get stuck. The day I ran, I forgot to wear long socks so I used short socks. After running, the heel part has been scratched a lot until now, it still hurts because the skin of my foot is quite thin. So remember to note that if you go running, always be prepared with the correct function.
