It is known that this is an improved version of the “senior” – Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star hits with the message “Respect for the past”. At first glance, Chuck II must be nothing different from “senior”. However, as we get closer and observe in more detail, we will see design changes.
So, the design of “now” – What’s more advanced about Chuck II?
Inside of the reed, name tag “Chuck Taylor” in Chuck II is embroidered meticulously instead of the shoe size tag in “senior”.
The design team spent over a year developing new materials applications for the Chuck II. In the end, they decided to use Canvas – a lighter, thicker and more durable fabric than the ‘predecessor’.
Shoe size is changed more standard to match the foot size to create comfort when exercising.
The Chuck II logo is cleverly hired on the collar and all the letters on the logo are printed in dark green, more aesthetically pleasing and different from the logo of the “senior”.
Chuck II’s shoelaces are longer.
Natural rubber material is designed exclusively for the outsole part of Chuck II and is prohibited by Converse from being applied to any other product.
The inside of Chuck II’s jacket is added to the elastic and breathable mesh that the “senior” does not have.
Chuck II’s shoe collar is more comfortable, not tight, not as tight as “senior”.

Don’t be surprised if you see the technologies Nike the other makes its way on future versions of Converse Chuck.
And in the near future, especially 2016, it is forecast that there will be a lot of collections to be combined with Chuck II and Chuck II will be preferred over “predecessor” for its breakthrough improvements.
