The Air Jordan XXXII – The perfect balance?

Whenever Jordan releases a new model, it is hard to avoid using the phrase “the first time”. From XX8 with Unlocked Zoom, XX9 with Flyweave, XXX with identical design XX9 to XXXI with full-length Unlocked Zoom. In XXXII, we have a knit material for the first time as a Unl0cked Zoom texture that is somewhat different from before.

The wool used on the Jordan XXXII is quite soft and is braided in a horizontal line above the foot. This is a typical design that provides the ultimate in weight, ruggedness and comfort in a shoe. In the middle of the knit layer, there is a glossy nylon mesh that creates a frame for the entire upper. You can see it quite similar to SprintWeb on Rose 3 to Rose 5 but much more subtle.

With a layer of wool forming a single layer, Jordan Brand cleverly uses traditional leather to create wings on either side to cover the heels and ankles. This is also a Jordan II-inspired element, giving the shoe the perfect blend of old and new without being overly exposed.

II. Hugging degree
