Famous fast-fashion brand from Spain is Zara Seems no stranger to controversial issues such as plagiarism from other brands included Yeezy, Balenciaga, Rains and adidas.

And it seems that the troubles have not yet let go of this brand when they recently got stuck when they do not pay their employees. Several employees from the Brovo Teksil factory in Istanbul, Turkey went to the Zara stores in the area to sew or send paper samples onto store items.

The content of the form says, “We are the ones who make the item you are about to buy, and we are not paid.” Workers say Zara is still short of their retirement allowance along with monthly wages after their managers quit their job and the plant was shut down in 2016.

According to a statement from Zara’s parent company Inditex, “they are setting up a fund to help the workers in need.” Currently, they have not provided any further information for this incident. Let’s wait and see how this brand will deal with.
